in app need display collection of images in windows phone 8 photo app can swipe right , left between images.
i've tried both panorama , pivot control both controls don't behave winrts flipview.
panorama fits quite appears have "right-peek" amount hardwired control. (please correct me if i'm wrong)
pivot in turn shows blackness during swipes (finger still down) , displays next image when release finger , control scrolls next item place.
any suggestions?
there no direct equivalent flipview in windows phone. panorama , pivot controls have different functionalities , designed fro different purposes.
telerik have slideview control similar native control used photos app.
can telerik controls free part of nokia premium developer program. (worth investigating if don't have dev center subscription.)
