on our e-commerce site, lot of product reviews people had problems our products. many of these problems resolved our customer service call center. know if there's way write response customer's review can customers troubleshoot, show off our company's excellent customer service skills, , negate of bad reviews on site. these comments should show on front-end reviews, , admin users should allowed submit comment. know of extension or other way accomplish this?
in magento there feature of giving review product,which not showing unless or until admin approve review admin side catelog-> reviews , rating -> customer reviews -> pending reviews show list of review given customer particular products based on can able idea reviews of customer regarding products.
