phpmyadmin - Tool for Importing a mysql database with where condition -

i searching tool/software/web application can use import mysql database using condition, using phpmyadmin, there no option importing condition. want import database condition in give value particular column , import selected columns.

in phpmyadmin can import database cannot use condition in it. if possible export columns in phpmyadmin please guide me.

i have found solution myself, rather easy thought can require familarity phpmyadmin hope else

step 1- (follow if able run , execute query in phpmyadmin), click sql tab in php myadmin

step2- run query witch selected columns,

step3- if able run query correctly desired fields, @ end of page see export button, hit export button

step4 - have customization export, recommend using update feature insted of insert, chek (save file as) option , name file. , hit export. (if seems clumsy , if feel hard do, tell me)
