Phonegap: How to use sqlite in windows phone 8 -

i'm porting on phonegap application wrote android windows phone 8, , i'm having trouble getting sqlite work. know phonegap doesn't support sqlite yet, there seems plugin work:

however, i'm struggling working. included of .cs files here in plugins folder, no avail. have ideas on how should use plugin?
