im making website user-generated content (pictures/videos) , want host videos users upload youtube on channel, there way can via youtube api? best practices such thing?

the best practice not allow uploads directly channel, rather upload them intermediary server have tool allows check content abuse before programmatically uploads video. prevents abuse , keeps using reasonable quota caps.
another idea allow users upload own channels and, via app, use playlist api automatically add videos playlist.
