python - cant download files uploaded tree.io -

all files upload tree.io tickets, projects, etc cannot downloaded,

i getting 404 error.

i running tree.io in cantos 6 box.

any ideas working please ?

after sometime found solution this.

1. i had define media_root absolute url in settings.py
2. when went static/media there no folder called attachments, had make 1 , give correct permissions python can write folder.

this worked me.
