visual studio - How to keep a floating window from staying in front of screen -

so i'm using double monitors code in visual studio 2012, , i've been putting files on both windows.

so there main window, have tools , toolbars, , on secondary monitor have floating window view of other files in solution.

whenever click on main window, force floating window front of screen.

this hassle if trying research , apply main window, if try click on main window make changes, force floating window on secondary monitor come front , block out whatever page researching

is there setting can change in visual studio keep floating window coming front whenever click on main window?
