internet explorer - Get URL from active browser (or active tab of browser) using core java -

i found many similar questions on stackoverflow not 1 working me.

how can url of active tab of browser using core java (by using process name, port, or method....).
purpose parse html content of active browser/tab.

this not duplicate couldn't find 1 based on core java.

it not possible url of active tab. can create tab particular url. can add tcp-ip monitors in eclipse check communication particular url.
